As for the timetables, well... most of Greece is like this unfortunately. Even in athens the timetable-per-bus-stop exists only in some bus lines and as a pilot program.
As for the call center, well... except that they won't probably speak the best English out there, and that a huge part of Lesbian people are still communists (it is true!), i am guessing they will be happy to assist you. Don't worry, i have served the Greek Army there, People there are really friendly.
P.S i was in Warsaw two weeks ago for 2 days, I really liked the Connecto busses
